Light Up the Tracks events are held rain or shine. Set up begins an hour before the event. Clean up begins immediately following the event.Vendors are charged unless they are a Downtown Ashland Association Silver Sponsor or more.Booth spaces are 10’x10’ for vendors and 10’x20’ for food concessions. Vendors and concessions provide all their own supplies. Each applicant’s operation must remain within the space provided.
Exhibitors are responsible for providing all of their own materials, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, tools, trash receptacles, and cleaning implements.
Electricity will not be provided. Generators must be quiet.
No illegal weapons of any kind or explosives, including fireworks, sparklers, poppers, etc., may be present.
Exhibitors are responsible for returning their location to the same condition in which they found it, including but not limited to transporting materials, removing trash, and sweeping floors. No damage or disruption to the location will be tolerated. Failure to clean up properly and/or damage inflicted to the location will result in a fine of $100 or more. Garbage bags can be disposed of in the Ashland Feed Store dumpster at 120 Thompson St, Ashland, VA 23005.
Vendors selling taxable products, such as food, clothing, and arts & crafts must collect and pay sales tax. Click here for info.All food concessions must be approved by the Hanover County Health Department. Click here for info.
