Tai Chi for Balance at the Ashland Branch Library

Ages 18 & up. Improve your balance through tai chi.  Through an eight-week class, Kathy Brown from the Span Center will help participants improve their balance through gentle, slow-moving tai chi exercises.  Registration is requested.

The Real Story of the First Thanksgiving at the Ashland Branch Library
